Hey, I’m Ruthie, a hair and makeup artist based in Ibiza living the dream, where I’ve found the perfect mix of island life and doing what I love. It all started with a camper van, four mates, and a big love for makeup. Fast forward to now, and that dream has taken me across the globe, from Cape Town to NYC, working on everything from luxury fashion shoots to destination weddings.
These days, I work as an Ibiza makeup artist specialising in weddings, events and fashion, creating elegant, glowing looks for high-end celebrations, editorials and unforgettable days on the island. Living here with my family means I really understand the pace, light and atmosphere that make Ibiza so special, and I bring that into every look I create.
Whether it’s an Ibiza wedding, a fashion campaign, or a celebration you’ll never forget, I’m here to make sure you look and feel next-level, confident, comfortable and completely yourself.

I’m all about sunsets, whether I’m watching from my balcony or out walking in the hills and along Ibiza’s coast. Nothing beats that feeling of soaking up nature. My family and I are completely in love with this magical island. It’s home.
My daughter makes my heart glow. Our little adventures, running around on the beach, or dancing our socks off in the living room are always the best part of my day.
The west coast of Ireland, where my family is from, will always have a piece of my heart. And I’ve always been drawn to the energy of big cities like London and Manchester, where I found my style. Simple pleasures, big memories.

My goal is to create chic, elegant makeup looks that focus on glowing, beautiful skin for all skin types and tones. I don’t always follow the trends, although I always stay in the know to keep things fresh and modern. Main thing is that YOU feel amazing after I’m finished!
Beyond the makeup, I’m all about keeping things calm and chilled. I love having a laugh with my clients, and it’s not unusual for us to end up as friends by the end of it all. Bringing good vibes is just as important to me as creating a flawless look.
My Ibiza
I arrived in Ibiza in a camper van with three friends and a dream to create wild, glittering looks for dancers and the nightlife scene that we loved. And that’s exactly what I did, painting the island with colour and creativity while balancing my “grown-up” work on TV commercials and fashion advertising shoots.
Over time, my work grew, and so did my love for Ibiza. I began focusing on luxury and destination weddings, working as a makeup artist in Ibiza to help couples bring their dream celebrations to life with makeup that feels as magical as the island itself. Alongside my bridal work, I continue to work on exciting shoots for fashion campaigns, advertising, and editorial projects.
After a few years of bopping around the world, I found my way back to Ibiza, and in 2022, everything changed when I had my daughter. Now, my family and I call this beautiful island home, and I’ve never felt more grounded, inspired, or at peace. Ibiza isn’t just where I live, it’s where I truly belong.
