When Should You Book Your Ibiza Makeup Artist?
This is one of the questions that comes up the most.
And the honest answer is… it depends a little. But there is a sweet spot.
Ibiza books up quickly, especially for weddings and events during peak season. Dates go before people expect, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Most bookings come in around 6 to 12 months in advance, particularly for summer. If your date sits in that May to September window, it’s always better to secure your artist sooner rather than later.
That said, booking too early without having a clear idea of your plans doesn’t always help either. Your venue, timings, and group size all shape how the morning or event will run, so having those roughly in place makes everything smoother.
For events, shoots, or smaller bookings, there’s usually more flexibility. Those tend to come in closer to the date, and I often have availability depending on the day and timing.
The best approach is simple. Once you have your date and a rough plan, reach out.
Even if everything isn’t fully confirmed, I can guide you on timings, how many artists you might need, and what the schedule could look like. It gives you a clear picture early on and avoids any last-minute stress.
Ibiza moves fast, but it doesn’t need to feel rushed when you’ve got the right plan in place.
